The PJB Garage Defender Master is a Sold Secure Approved garage door lock. It locks onto a solid steel base with a padlock (not supplied) to block the tilt action of the garage door. It is recommended that the steel base be set is a concrete of about 10-12cm thickness. This garage defender is simple ground fitting in front of garage door with expandable security raw bolts (included).
The PJB Garage Defender Master garage door lock has a hard wearing powder coated finish. Easy to fit within the hour. Full fitting instructions included. Made in Britain.

I've had many of these type of locks due to moving house and they have always been easy to install and the garages they where on have never been broken into. I cant see any difference between the PJB and squires version except the price.

The body of the Garage Defender appears to be strong and of good quality. The 2 raw bolts provided are not of good quality. Ruined one by lightly tapping it into the drilled hole. They only provide 2 raw bolts when there are three fixing holes - an unnecessary cost-saving measure.
They should have provided 3 strong raw bolts then I would have given 5 stars.Rating
