What if nobody is home when the courier arrives?

Solution The courier will leave a card saying they tried to deliver the parcel but nobody was available to sign for it. Please follow the instructions on the card on how to arrange a second delivery, or how to collect the parcel from the courier's local depot.

Unfortunately the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched to our courier. You can however request our courier to deliver your parcel to your neighbour in the event that nobody is at the delivery address.

If both delivery attempts fail and the parcel is not collected from the courier's local depot, it will be returned to Saunderson Security.
