Xpanda Saftidor Security Gate

The Xpanda DIY Saftidor is a diamond mesh collapsible security grille. This internal medium security trackless system with appealing diamond lattice aesthetic is available "off the shelf" as an ideal solution for projects requiring a fast turn around. The lattice is made from 12.7mm x 12.7mm x 0.9mm tubular epoxy coated cold rolled steel set into 38mm steel channels. Saftiwindows collapse to approximately 15% of their maximum width. Each grille is supplied with two hinges as standard.

The Saftidor can be installed as a fixed panel, or with optional lock which allows the grille to fully retract and swing away to maintain a full panoramic view. For wider openings, two Saftidors can also be joined in the center with the optional lock. Security can be enhanced with the use of the optional U and T brackets.
