Chubb 3R35X Deadlocking Latch

CHUBB 3R35X Deadlocking Latchbolt is withdrawn by key from either side and by lever handle from inside. Handle fitted to inside only (sold separately). Door is automatically deadlocked when closed, whilst snib can be used to hold the bolt back when it needs to be left ajar. The operating handle on the inside can be secured by key from either side, or can be modified for use as a fire escape lock by removing the facility to lock the handle. Can be keyed alike with other Chubb detainer mortice locks.
